Thank you for joining me in the realms of Feminine Wisdom.

I am Nina Sophia - Soul Doula, Enchantress, Oracle, Singer, Songwriter and Artist living in the North of Ireland.

In my Maiden years I was adamant I would not live a life a like my mother’s. I would make different choices. Better choices and just be …more.

My life began to mirror hers more and more despite my best efforts. I had made completely different choices and yet I was a single mum with chronic health conditions, just like her. And so I was, lets say guided but really compelled, to go exploring in the realm of Shadow and face all that scared me.  What I did not want to look at.  What had been buried for lifetimes.

When my mum passed in 2015 this exploration moved to ever deeper dimensions and I had the strong feeling she was my ally in the unseen realms.

As I faced what frightened me in the Underworld I began to find and formulate maps that helped me navigate these dimensions and gently start reweaving myself back into wholeness. Learning  the art of alchemising what arose, I became aware of the stunning riches and treasures that were held there waiting for me…when I was ready. I continue to work with what arises in this beautiful unfolding.

I now have a strong, visceral connection with my lineages and realise that they were communicating with me for over a decade. 

I also realise that what I saw as aspects of my mum that were broken or damaged were actually her unacknowledged, unrecognised power and magic.

I have taken the scenic route on my path and have studied Yoga, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Reiki, Training for Trainers, Youth Work, Freelance Journalism and most recently, Biomancy, Biodelics and Feminine Magic with Azra and Seren Bertrand.

I have taught Yoga, written songs with Primary School children, written and performed songs live on stage and radio, worked as an Insurance Clerk and Library Manager. I have created the container for people who were homeless to participate in healing and creative projects and have worked energetically with people in their last days on this plane, preparing to pass into another realm. I am also a Mother to a young man and deeply wish for him to grow into a world where women and men remember how beautiful, powerful and magical they are..
